Rules for Soft Play

Deposits and Reservations
Once you have reached out to us we will respond to you within 24-48 hours with availability. Once your date is confirmed available, a $100 deposit is required and a $75 refundable security deposit is due when booking to secure your date. Any cancellations within 14 days of the scheduled event will result in the loss of deposit. The final amount owed is due no later than 13 days before the start of your scheduled event. Before Jumping Beans Play Yards leaves after set-up, the client will sign a rental agreement, liability waiver, and inspect equipment for condition.
Inclement Weather
We will not let inclement weather affect your perfect party! We will strategize other options. Most of our rentals can be set-up indoors. If an indoor location cannot be used we will reschedule the date of your event or will gladly refund 50% of the payments made. This is only valid for non-holidays and subject to availability. You can use balance towards a future rental within 14 months of booking date.
The soft play equipment is made of material that can become quite hot if in direct sunlight. If there will be excessive heat on the day of your rental, please have a shaded space provided (canopy, patio, etc.) for set-up. The rental equipment cannot be set up under trees/plants that have flowers or colorful droppings, as these can stain the equipment.
Balloons that we use are the highest quality on the market! But even under the hot New Mexican skies, they can suffer from damages. The sunlight can cause them to look matte (which in our opinion looks the best) or could potentially make them pop! We suggest keeping them in a cooler area.
Delivery
We offer free delivery within the Rio Rancho and Albuquerque area.
If you are out of the free delivery area, a delivery fee will apply.
Set-Up and Breakdown
Our team will set up and break down before and after your event. We will coordinate our arrival and break down times with you. The most optimum surface for soft play installation is on hard flat surfaces. We will not accommodate areas with sand, gravel, extremely dirty or uneven surfaces as this could cause damage to our items. Long turf can cause buckling, we will lay down a tarp. Clean, flat, dry grass is ok. We recommend that you mow grass to short length before the event so you can ensure that is a flat even surface available. Otherwise, there may be bumps and cracks in our padded flooring. This can cause uneven surfaces and result in tripping. If we show up to set-up and there is not an adequate space to set-up then we will leave and the client will forfeit all money paid. Our equipment is not shaded. If having an outside event, it is recommended that the play yard is shaded. We can provide a tent for an additional fee. Please see Extras for pricing.
Please allow for 6’ of space and do not allow children to play in our set-up space during set-up and pick-up of equipment. We require a clear pathway at least 4 ft wide in order to bring in the dolly and equipment. If there are any cars, trash cans, tables, chairs, etc. in the way of set-up, they will need to be moved by the renter before our arrival. If not moved you could lose out on part of your security deposit. Please measure the area for set-up before our arrival to ensure enough space for your set-up. No refund will be given if there is not adequate space for our rental items to be set-up in a safe manner for children and the equipment. Client will provide an electric outlet at least 20' for any electrical needs.
After your event, please make sure that any rental equipment is clear and ready to be removed by us.
Please pick up any loose balls and place them back into the ball pit.

Command Hook tips and tricks
Day of Event:
Expect members of our design team to show up 1-2 hours prior to your event. However, our arrival time will be determined closer to your perfect party.

How do I hang my "grab and go" balloon garland?
We will provide all the items necessary to hang your balloons garland. It is recommended that you place painters in a layered “H”pattern and add the command hooks to that. You then wrap the 260 balloon band around a balloon on each end.
We provide hanging instructions for each delivery.
My balloon popped!
Due to environmental factors out of our control we can not guarantee your balloon once it is out of our hands. Please keep in mind balloons are meant to be kept inside and used on the day of pick-up. Things to watch out for to prevent popping: Hot spots in your car, branches, rough ceilings and walls, extreme temperature changes, rough handling.

Command Hook Tips and Tricks
Press the command hook onto your surface for 20 seconds before hanging your balloon garland. When removing your command hook pull the tab to stretch it as long as possible and it will come off clean.
